AUBURN, Ala. -- The postseason honors continued for Auburn on Tuesday as running back Kerryon Johnson, offensive lineman Braden Smith, cornerback Carlton Davis and kicker Daniel Carlson were all named second-team All-Americans by the Sporting News.

Smith was also named an All-American by ESPN and CBS on Tuesday.

The senior guard started all 13 games for Auburn this season, extending his streak to 40 consecutive starts dating back to 2014. He earned first-team All-America honors from the Associated Press on Monday, and he previously won the Jacobs Blocking Trophy, given annually to the SEC's best blocker.

Johnson, Davis and Carlson have all been staples on various All-American teams as well. Johnson led the SEC with 1,320 yards rushing and 19 total touchdowns while Carlson became the conference's all-time leading scorer earlier this season. The senior kicker, who led the SEC with 117 points and 21 made field goals, was also named a first-team All-American by CBS on Tuesday.

Davis finished with 36 tackles, a team-high 12 passes defended and one interception.
