Important Dates & Information
- The first day to order Student Season Tickets or start Entering the lottery is Thursday, June 20, 2024 (10 a.m. CT).
- The deadline for first-year students to register for the Student Ticket Package Lottery is Monday, July 22, 2024 (11:59 p.m. CT). The lottery will run on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.
- The deadline to order/cancel student tickets is Monday, August 19, 2024.
- Student Away Game Ticket pick-up begins August 22, 2024 at the Neville Arena's Scholarship Ticket Office beside the Charles Barkley statue.
- The Student Guest Pass Lottery will run on Wednesday, August 20, 2024, for the limited amount of guaranteed, individual game guest passes. Students who win the guest pass lottery must purchase their guest pass by Friday, August 23, 2024 (5 p.m. CT). Additional guest passes might become available throughout the season at the Football Student Ticketing Center at aub.ie/aufstc.

Season ticket order availability for currently enrolled students is based on the number of completed semester hours at Auburn. Student ordering begins June 20, 2024 at 10 a.m. CT. Below is a complete list of order dates for Auburn students.

Register for the Lottery
Students with no previous hours at Auburn, including freshmen and transfer students, will enter a lottery for football ticket packages after the student is enrolled for classes. The deadline for first-year Auburn students to register for the lottery is July 22, 2024 by 11:59 p.m. CT. The lottery will be conducted on July 23, 2024. On July 23, 2024, there will be no access to the My Campus system. Students will receive an email notification of lottery results. The My Campus system will be available again within the next few days after the lottery is run.
To enter the lottery:
- Register for fall classes - only first-year students enrolled in the Fall Term at Auburn may enter the lottery.
- Log on to AUAccess and go to My Campus tab. Click on "Register for Lottery" in the Student Athletic Ticket Orders box.
- Select desired ticket packages. Students must select the largest package before selecting smaller packages.
- An email confirmation of lottery registration will be sent to the student.

In order to increase the number of students who are able to receive tickets, only partial season ticket packages will be offered to first-year students. First-year students are not able to purchase a full-season ticket package for 2024.
ORDER STUDENT TICKETS
- Make sure all of your accounts are cleared with Student Financial Services.
- Register for fall classes - only students enrolled in the Fall Term at Auburn may order student tickets.
- Have your Student User Name, Password, and DUO application on your phone ready.
- Log on to AUAccess and go to the My Campus tab. Click on "Order Tickets" in the Student Athletic Ticket Orders box, read and accept the terms and conditions for ordering student tickets.
- Read the instructions and follow them carefully to place your student ticket order or enter the new student ticket package lottery. You will also be able to enter the initial guest pass lottery for any individual games that are in the package you are ordering.
To verify your order, log out of AUAccess and log back in. Click "Verify Ticket Order." Do not click "Order Tickets" or you will risk canceling your current order.
If a student's desired ticket package sells out, periodically check the site for cancelations. When a student cancels his or her tickets, those tickets are immediately available in the system for purchase. The deadline to order or cancel student tickets is August 19, 2024.
STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES
Wheelchair seating is available for students in Section 25. Due to the large number of fans, people with special needs (e.g. those with disabilities, health concerns, elderly, etc.) are encouraged to plan on entering/exiting the stadium prior to peak times.
Enter the stadium at least 45-60 minutes before kick-off. Exit prior to the end of the game or make plans to remain in your seats for 45-60 minutes after the game for consideration of your health and safety.
Away Game Tickets
Students must purchase a ticket package in order to be eligible to purchase away game tickets. Away game tickets are limited to one per student, subject to availability. First-year students may log on to My Campus on or after July 23, 2024 to view available away game tickets.

The deadline to order or cancel student season packages and away game tickets is Aug. 19, 2024.
Student away game pick-up begins August 22, 2024 at the Scholarship Box Office at Neville Arena. All away game tickets must be collected at one time. Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. No exchanges or returns.
Ticket Pool
Students can now donate their ticket back to a ticket pool. The ticket pool is first come/first served. Any student who does not have a ticket for a game can request a free ticket from the pool.
Penalty Points
Given the creation of the ticketing pool, there must be a system to hold students accountable to return their unwanted tickets. As a result, more students who want to experience gameday will have the opportunity and the student section should be filled.
- Students will receive no penalty if they return their unwanted ticket to the pool before midnight the Sunday night prior to the game.
- Students will receive 1 penalty point if they return their ticket after Sunday at midnight but before 5 p.m. on Friday before the game, the point at which tickets may no longer be returned.
- Students will receive 2 penalty points if they fail to attend the game or fail to arrive by the start of the 2nd quarter.
- If a student receives 4 or more points during the season, they will lose post-season (bowl and championship games) ticket privileges and will be dropped below first-year status during ticket orders the following season.
Ticket Payment/Cancelations
Student football tickets will be billed no later than the September E-Bill.
The deadline to cancel tickets is August 19, 2024. After this date, cancelations will not be accepted. There will be no refunds for any reason. Please make sure that you will be enrolled for the Fall Term. Withdrawal from school will not automatically cancel your order and clear your charges. Student tickets cannot be used if not enrolled in Fall Term classes. You will be held responsible for tickets ordered. No exceptions.

Guest Passes
Students will be able to enter the guest pass lottery when they place their regular student ticket order beginning June 20, 2024 at 10 a.m. based on hours earned at Auburn and on which package they select. To request a guest pass for a game, that game must be in the package the student orders for themselves.
For first-year students, they can request a guest pass for games in their package after the student ticket lottery on July 23, 2024. Students may bring a non-Auburn student to a home football game by purchasing a guest pass. Guest pass cost are based on the cost of a student ticket for that game. A minimum of 250 guest passes are available on a game-by-game basis when you order your student season tickets.
How to Give/Receive a Guest Pass:
Students can request a guest pass when ordering their student Full Season tickets. There will be a lottery no later than August 18, 2024 for the guest passes for each game and everyone will be notified via email. If students did not receive a guest pass in the lottery, additional guest passes might become available the week of the game based on tickets donated back to the pool.
Claim Period
The guest pass claim period for students who won a guest pass from the lottery is on August 18, 2024 until August 23, 2024 at 5 p.m. Lottery Guest passes will be forfeited if not purchased by 5 p.m. on August 23. Additional guest passes might become available throughout the season at the Football Student Ticketing Center at aub.ie/aufstc. Students who received a guest pass from the ticket pool; your period to purchase is from Thursday at Noon - Friday at 5 p.m. the week of the game.
Students must pay the Guest pass fee to claim their guest online at AubTix.com using their banner number and password. If you have not registered your account before, you will be provided a PIN in your email. Guest pass fees must be paid by credit card and cannot be billed to a student's e-Bill. All guest passes must be claimed during this period. No exceptions.
All unclaimed guest passes from the ticket pool will be forfeited after 5 p.m. on Friday the week of the game.

The Guest Pass Fee is the cost of a student ticket for that game.
Stadium Entrance on Gameday
Students must enter with their guest at Gate 6. Students must have a valid Ignited Card to enter, and guests must have the guest pass issued from the box office.
- Guests must enter with the student who purchased the guest pass, no exceptions
- Students and guests are subject to the "No Re-Entry Policy" at Jordan-Hare Stadium
