AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn baseball continued to announce members of its 2021 signing class with the addition of Sawyer Toney Wednesday.
Toney is a native of Lithia, Florida, and is a product of Lakeland Christian and the East Coast Sox.
"It feels amazing for my signing with Auburn to be official," Toney said. "I'm blessed and excited to begin a new chapter with Auburn.
"I felt Auburn was the right decision because of how amazing the town and campus is, and how the baseball team already feels like family," Toney added.

A right-handed pitcher, Toney boasts a fastball that has progressed greatly during the last three years and currently tops out in the low 90s.
Toney has been rated by Perfect Game as a top 500 player nationally. He was also named a 2020 Florida Region Honorable Mention Perfect Game Underclassman All-American and made an appearance at the 2019 Perfect Game National Showcase, ultimately being named to the Top Prospect Team.
