FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – Auburn wrapped up the 2025 Men’s NCAA Championship on Saturday in the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatics Center. With 14 points, the Tigers officially finished in 32nd place. 

Senior backstroke specialist Nate Stoffle rounded out his individual events with a 1:40.28 in the 200. The time was good enough for 26th place overall. 

While Danny Schmidt wasn’t able to lower his school record in the 200 fly, a 1:42.37 in the event placed the German native 33rd. 

Distance specialist Mason Mathias wrapped up his career in the pool with a 14:50.05 in the 1650. The time officially goes down as the 11th-fastest in program history. The SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year ends his time on the Plains with eight of the top 25 performances in the event in school history. 

Whit Andrus also wrapped up his NCAA Championships on Saturday. The senior from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, dialed up a 290.45 for 31st. 

Wrapping up the championships, Logan Tirheimer, Stoffle, Ryan Husband and Danny Schmidt combined for a season-best 2:49.39 in the 400 free relay to finish 20th.
