- Accessible parking is available in the Biggio Drive lot across from the ticket booth and gravel lot at the secondary entrance to the stadium.
- To access, you’ll need a state tag and photo id of the owner of the registered tag. The owner must be present to be obtain access to accessible parking.
- The gravel lot will open 90 minutes prior to Auburn games. It will be closed for additional cars when deemed full. During tournaments, the gravel lot will be open starting 1 hour prior to the first game of the day and will stay open (until deemed full) throughout the entirety of the day.
- Doors for softball will open 60 minutes prior to each game.
- NEW FOR 2025: Metal Detectors will now be located at all entries.
- Tickets will need to be scanned at the entrance using the pedestal ticket scanner. It is highly encouraged to download your digital tickets to your wallet prior to arrival on campus to avoid cellular/wi-fi connectivity issues.
- Tickets being picked up by a guest of an Auburn/Visiting team student-athlete, will call, recruiting, etc. will be located inside the gate to the right of the main entrance. A photo ID will be required to pick up tickets.
- Enrolled Auburn University students will need their digital TigerID in their Apple Wallet/Google Pay to tap the reader located at the main entrance for access into the stadium.
- Bags should not exceed 12”x6x12
- All transactions for concessions and merchandise locations at Jane B. Moore will be contactless and cashless (credit/debit and TigerID only).

Ticket Pickup: Will call, Auburn/Visiting team player-guest, Foul Ball Kids, High School Coaches, etc. will be available at the main entrance of Jane B. Moore Field.
Ticket Transfer Donation: If you have tickets to a game and are not planning on attending, the Auburn Athletics Department encourages you to donate your ticket back to the athletic department or transfer your tickets to others. Login to your account to donate or transfer your tickets: AUBtix.com. For assistance with ticket donations or transfers please call (855) 282-2010. (Transferring & donating tickets is now free of charge). Please note, the Auburn Ticket Office hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All game day ticket questions can be directed to the softball ticket booth at the main entrance of Jane B. Moore Field.
A-Z Guide
Fans needing accessible seating accommodations should contact the ticket office to purchase or exchange seats. Accessible parking spaces are located directly across the street from Jane B. Moore Field along Biggio Drive. Please see parking map for a visual.
The first aid station is located on the concourse near section 103. First aid stations are staffed by professionally trained and licensed East Alabama Medical Center EMTs.
Flash photography is strictly prohibited while competition is taking place.
All gates open one hour (60 minutes) prior to first pitch.
Group ticket sales are available for non-conference games by calling the ticket office at 855-282-2010, ext. 1. For purchase of 15+ tickets will receive discounted reserved or standing room only seats for $7 (all based on availability at the time of purchase).

- Located in left field, The Patio is the newly-dedicated student section at Jane B. Moore Field. The 600-square-foot platform space will allow students to be close to the action. Students wanting to access The Patio will enter outside the Gregg E. Heim Player Development Center at Jane B. Moore Field and walk around the outfield wall. Outside food and drink will be permitted. For select games, food trucks will be available. Students will also have access to order select concession stand items to be delivered to The Patio.
The following list of prohibited items was established to protect the safety and best interests of Auburn University students, student athletes, employees and fans. Prohibited items include:
- Artificial noisemakers
- Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 12”
- Cameras with lenses over 4 inches
- Food/beverage from outside Jane B. Moore Field (including alcoholic beverages)
- Hover boards
- Grills
- Chairs (folding, lawn, camping, etc.)
- Stadium seats with arms
- Pets
- Tents
- Video cameras and other recording devices
- Weapons (including pocket knives)
Depending on the requests of the promoter, additional items may be added to the prohibited items list for special events. Auburn Athletics reserves the right to prohibit items as necessary.
Requests for public address announcements over the PA system will only be granted in cases of emergency.
All available home games and away games will be broadcasted on WEGL 91.1 FM, the Auburn Athletics App, and AuburnTigers.com.
Pass-outs will only be permitted for fans who need to retrieve an item from their vehicle or tailgating area. Fans will need to have their ticket and should re-enter the stadium through the same gate that they exited.
Restroom facilities are scattered throughout the stadium and may be found on the third base side on the concourse near the concession stands. Please see the seating chart for a visual.
Due to university policy, smoking is prohibited inside Jane B. Moore Field and on the campus of Auburn University.
Solicitation on the Auburn University campus, without the express written consent of Auburn University or its agents, is strictly prohibited.
The official Auburn Team Shop is located behind home plate and the press box of Jane B. Moore Field. The store is open during all softball games may be accessed from inside Jane B. Moore Field. A ticket is needed to access the team shop inside the stadium. Admittance will not be allowed without a ticket. You can also purchase your Auburn Softball gear online HERE.
Tickets will be available for purchase at the main ticket office located at Neville Arena. The Arena Ticket Office is open 7:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Tickets and information are always available online via AUBtix.com or by phone at 855-282-2010. The ticket office at the Jane B. Moore field entrance will be in use on softball gamedays. Tickets will only be sold at the field if available seats are remaining. The ticket office at Jane B. Moore Field opens 1 hour prior to scheduled first pitch.
Postponed Games: All paid admission tickets to a postponed Auburn softball game are good for the announced make-up game. If attending the announced make-up game, the original ticket is used for entry to the stadium. No refunds will be given.
Canceled Games: If a game is canceled, tickets will be available to be exchanged for a remaining home game this season. SEC games will be able to be exchanged for another SEC game (seating is based on availability) and non-conference games will be able to be exchanged for another non-conference game this season.
Rescheduled Doubleheader Seating: In the event an Auburn softball game is re-scheduled as part of a doubleheader, the original tickets' seat location will be honored for that game only. (I.E. A Friday night game is re-scheduled as part of a doubleheader the following day. Friday tickets' seat location will be honored for the game one, and the Saturday tickets' seat location will be honored for game two.) Auburn Athletics reserves the right to clear the stadium in between games of a doubleheader.
