All sales are final, no refunds are available on ticket purchases. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Exchanges will only be allowed for accessibility reasons.

If an event is canceled, you will be notified by the Ticket Office with options for your tickets. Exchanges to future games will be made available based on availability and subject to restrictions. 

Tickets/Parking/Premium Access purchased for the sole purpose of resale may be cancelled at the discretion of the Auburn Athletic Department. This policy includes all Auburn Athletic contests/events home, away, neutral site, and post season

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket(s) are still valid for the rescheduled event, and no further action is required. In limited circumstances, additional options for your tickets may be offered.
