Tickets - FAQ

The Auburn Ticket Office is located at Neville Arena, next to the Scholarship Entry. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Can’t make a game? You can now sell your tickets on SeatGeek from within your account. SeatGeek is the new official resell marketplace of Auburn.

How does it work? SeatGeek will help you price your tickets, let you know when they have sold, transfer them to the buyer, and send your payout within 48 hours of the event. All tickets listed on SeatGeek are fully verified and delivered seamlessly. To sell your tickets, log into your account and tap the “Sell Ticket on SeatGeek” icon.  

Everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket for admission to Auburn Athletic events.  

The Auburn University Athletic Department, its staff, and gameday personnel are committed to providing omplete accessibility to all facilities, fair and equal treatment of all patrons and guests, and meaningful compliance with the letter and spirit of the law.  

Ticket Information: Wheelchair accessible and companion seating tickets may be purchased in advance through the Auburn Ticket Office at 855-282-2010 option 1, or visit the ticket office located at the Neville Arena Scholarship Entry. Wheelchair accessible, companion, and easy access seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  

You may update your information by logging into your online ticket account at aubtix.com. Once logged in, you may select "Manage My Account." In your account, you will have the ability to edit your email, password, mailing address, phone number, stored credit cards, and stored bank accounts.  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or pass outs are available.  

In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pickup. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that were not picked up at Will Call.

Amplified Sound 

Special permits are required for outdoor entertainment events with amplified sound. Permit requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance and must include a list of required information for the request to be approved. Requests should be made to 334.844.4619. Special event permits are not site reservations. 

Generators 

Generators are not allowed within 50 feet of campus buildings and other designated no-grill areas, including parking decks. Never operate the generator near combustible material. Never operate under wet conditions. 

Grills 

Grills are not allowed within 50 feet of campus buildings or in other designated no-grill areas, including parking decks. All fires must be contained within grills or other containers designed specifically for that purpose. Extinguish charcoal fires thoroughly with water before leaving them unattended. Place extinguished charcoal in designated containers or remove it from campus for disposal. Do not dump charcoal on the ground or in dumpsters. Tailgating and grilling are not allowed in the parking decks. 

Hayfields Open On Friday 

The hayfields on South Donahue Drive, as well as Samford Avenue at Facilities and Community Gardens, open Friday at 2 p.m. prior to home football games. The hayfields close at 4 p.m. on Sundays following each home football game. 

Tailgate At The Park 

This fall, bring your tailgate parties to the Tailgate at the Park, where your space is reserved all season, and your walk to the game is only a block. Tailgate packages are available for any size group – whether it’s just you and your family, or if you and your friends plan to reserve a spot together. Fans can customize their packages to include premium parking, reserved tailgate spots, tents, tables, and chairs. RV parking and special event packages are available too. Tailgating 

  • Tailgating begins at 4 p.m. on Friday. 
  • Please observe and follow signs in and around all construction areas. 
  • Reserving tailgating spots in grass areas using stakes, ropes, ribbons, tape, chairs, tables, tents, vehicles or other items is not allowed until 4 p.m. on Friday, except for specially permitted university events. Items found before then are subject to removal without notice or reimbursement. 
  • Grass areas immediately adjacent to reserved parking lots are open for tailgating to those who have passes to those parking lots on game days. 
  • No wheeled vehicles or trailers are permitted in tailgating grass areas (i.e. large grills or trailers pulled with a vehicle). 
  • It is unlawful to use any university utilities.

Tents 

A Tent Permit is required for all tents that exceed 399 square feet or any tent that has anchoring stakes 12 inches or longer. This includes pop-up tents joined together which exceed 399 square feet when joined together not observing the required 12-foot fire lane between tents. Trash & Recycling  

Please keep campus beautiful by placing all trash and recycling in the proper bins located throughout the university tailgate areas, RV lots, and stadium for your convenience. Litter and recycling bags will also be distributed in tailgate areas and RV lots to help keep the university litter-free. Please see the Gameday Map for trash and recycling locations. 

EVERYONE, including infants, MUST have a ticket for admission. All individuals entering a venue, along with ANY articles in their possession, will be inspected by gate personnel, and will be required to enter through metal detectors.  Please plan to allow ample time for stadium entry. Jordan-Hare Stadium is a clear bag ONLY venue (12 X 6 X 12 is maximum size).  Please visit auburntigers.com/gameday for additional information. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue: ARTIFICIAL NOISEMAKERS, CAMERAS WITH LENSES OVER 4 INCHES, OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK, PETS, STADIUM SEATS WITH ARMS, UMBRELLAS, VIDEO CAMERAS, WEAPONS (including pocketknives), AS WELL AS ANY ITEMS DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE, HAZARDOUS OR UNSAFE BY VENUE PERSONNEL. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted inside Jordan-Hare Stadium or on the Auburn University campus. Auburn Athletics reserves the unrestricted right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive, with or without prior warning. Failure to adhere to stadium policies and procedures, including public health guidelines, will be considered disruptive conduct and may result in refusal of admission or removal from the venue, with or without prior warning. Attempting to enter the field or throwing of objects, including cups and ice, from the stands or any other area of the stadium is subject to ejection and/or arrest without warning. If ejected from the arena for any reason, the patron will not receive a refund and will not be readmitted. Auburn Athletics tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Auburn University Athletics Department and/or Auburn Sports Properties. Tickets obtained from sources other than the Auburn Athletics Ticket Office could be lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and, if so, may be seized and cancelled without compensation. - NO PASS OUT CHECKS - NO CASH REFUND - NO EXCHANGE - DATE, TIME, & OPPONENT SUBJECT TO CHANGE - For stadium assistance or to report an issue, text your location and the issue to 334-591-HELP (334-591-4357).
