2013 - SOPHOMORE YEAR
Appeared in 14 games, starting eight times ... Went 0-3 with a 5.01 ERA ... Pitched 46.2 innings, allowing 28 runs (26 earned) on 37 hits while walking 22 and striking out 20 ... Did not allow an earned run in either of his first two starts ... Was Auburn[apos]s opening day starter vs. Maine and pitched 5.0 innings, giving up one unearned run on three hits but getting a no-decision (2/15) ... Also got a no-decision in his lone quality start of the season, giving up one run on three hits while striking out a season-high six batters in 7.0 innings against Middle Tennessee (2/23) ... Pitched at least 5.0 innings in each of his next three starts, but got no-decisions in two of them (Eastern Illinois 3/1; Brown 3/8) and a loss against Vanderbilt (3/15) ... Combined with Will Kendall to pitch a two-hitter against Alabama (3/30); give up one run on one hit in six innings of relief in a 2-0 loss ... 2012 - FRESHMAN YEAR
Went 4-5 with a 3.19 ERA in 15 starts, the most of anyone on the team ... Was second on the team in innings pitched (79) ... Struck out 33 ... Held opponents to a .247 batting average ... Had just 4.4 runs per game in support while allowing just 2.7 ... Did not allowed more than three runs in 12 of his 15 starts ... Tied for the team lead with six quality starts ... Held right-handed hitters to a .218 average (46-for-211) while left-handed hitters hit .318 (28-for-88) against him ... Teams hit just .206 (28-for-136) against him with runners on ... Had a 1.4 fly out to ground out ratio (111:81) ... In SEC-only games, was 2-4 with a 4.22 ERA ... Threw 5 1/3 shutout innings in the SEC Tournament win over Georgia (5/23), scattering seven hits and a walk while striking out one to pick up the win ... Took a second straight no-decision at Arkansas (5/11) despite allowing just three runs on two hits and a walk in six-plus innings ... Was pulled with Auburn ahead 3-2 after a leadoff walk, which, came around to score ... Took a no-decision on Saturday at Georgia (5/5) despite allowing just two runs on six hits in five innings, leaving with Auburn ahead, 4-2, in a game it lost 6-5 in 11 innings ... Picked up his first SEC win in a month with 5 2/3 innings of three-hit ball, getting tagged for a pair of unearned runs in the 12-4 win over Tennessee on Saturday (4/28) ... It was his first Saturday start of the season ... Earned his first win in over a month despite having four straight quality starts when he worked six full innings in an 8-2, series-clinching win over Mississippi State (4/1) ... Allowed just two runs on six hits and a walk, striking out three ... Faced just one over the minimum through the first four innings ...
