Sophomore Seaosn (2013-14):
Set personal bests in the 50 free (20.25), 100 free (44.24) and 200 free (1:37.49) at the Auburn Invitational...Swam leadoff at the Auburn Invitational in the 800 free relay, splitting 1:37.49...Time in the 200 fre ranked as the seventh-best on the team...Earned first career NCAA [apos]B[apos] cut times in the 100 free and 200 free, but did compete at the NCAA Championships...Swam as the anchor in the 400 medley relay team at the Auburn Invitational, taking sixth and splitting 43.92...Finished sixth at Texas in a dual meet with a time of 1:42.36...Time in the 50 free ranked tied for eighth on the team...Posted the ninth-fastest time of the team in the 100 free.

Freshman Season (2012-13):
Competed in five events during the year (50 free, 100 free, 200 free, 100 back, 200 back)...Also swam in the 200 FR in the dual against Kentucky, swimming the third leg of the winning team that clocked a 1:22.47, the fifth-fastest time on the team during the year...Was part of an even faster relay team in the same event at the Georgia Invite just 28 days later, swimming the same third leg and helping the team place ninth in 1:21.88...Fastest 50 free time came at the Georgia Invite (21.31), where he placed 35th...At the same meet, clocked a 46.42 in the 100 free, placing 26th and nearly making the C-final of the event...In the dual against Alabama, he finished the 200 free in 1:43.52, placing sixth...Competed in the 100 back at the Bulldog Last Chance, touching the wall in 49.38 in the B-final and placing tenth, his first top-ten finish...Nearly earned his first collegiate NCAA [apos]B[apos] cut time in the 200 back as he reached the A-final of the event at the Bulldog Last Chance, placing eighth with a time of 1:48.51, fourth-fastest on the team and second top-ten finish.

Pre-College:
Attended Alexandria International School ... Swam for Egypt[apos]s National Junior Team at the Junior Arab Championships in 2009 ... Won gold in 200 back, silver in 100 back and bronze in 200 IM and 50 back ... Enters Auburn with personal bests (LCM) in 50 back (27.46), 100 back (58.16), 200 back (2:07.36), 100 free (53.01), 200 IM (2:09.97), 100 fly (58.00).
