AUBURN, Ala. ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" Three former Auburn women's golfers will seek to earn full playing status on the 2017 LPGA Tour this week as they play in the five-day, 90-hole LPGA Qualifying Tournament Stage III.

The event runs Wednesday-Sunday at LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Fla. Former Tigers Karlin Beck, Marta Sanz and Carlie Yadloczky will be among the 156-player field competing for 20 spots on next year's LPGA Tour.

Beck had conditional status this past season and played in eight LPGA Tour events in 2016, making two cuts. Her best finish was a tie for 18th at the Meijer LPGA Classic in June, and she finished 128th on the official money list. She looks to regain full status on the tour, which she had during the 2015 season.

Yadloczky spent the 2016 season on the Symetra Tour, where she finished 96th on the official money list. She played in 16 events, earning a top-10 finish at the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship in July.

Sanz played the majority of the 2016 season on the Ladies European Tour, where she finished 34th on the Order of Merit. She had one top-10 finish in Europe last year, and she also played in three Symetra Tour events. Sanz is currently No. 380 in the Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings.

Another former Tiger, Cydney Clanton, has already earned her tour card for 2017. She retained her spot on the tour by virtue of finishing 98th on the official money list. Clanton played in 22 events last season with her best finish being a tie for 15th at the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic in Prattville.
