AUBURN, Ala. - The Auburn men's tennis team (4-2) is on the road this weekend with a Friday match at No. 29 Tulane (4-1) and a Saturday contest at South Alabama (5-2).

"Tulane will be tough. They're a good program traditionally and a really good doubles team," Auburn coach Bobby Reynolds said, "so the challenge will be there right at the start. Hopefully, our guys match up well and are ready to go.

"I don't know as much about South Alabama, other than the players who were here for regionals in the fall, but we will be on their home court and will have to be ready to play."

Friday's match with the Green Wave will begin at 1 p.m. and be played at the City Park Pepsi Tennis Center in New Orleans. Saturday's match in Mobile will begin at 1 p.m. on the Lubel Memorial Courts.

In the latest Oracle/ITA rankings, Auburn's top doubles team of Max Hinnisdaels and Conner Huertas del Pino ranks No. 14 nationally, while in singles, Hinnisdaels is No. 91.

Auburn returns home for a doubleheader with Samford Saturday, February 18; matches are scheduled for 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. All home matches are at the Yarbrough Tennis Center (771 Yarbrough Farms Blvd., Auburn) and admission is free.
