Reservation Deadlines
Football
Birthday videoboard message requests must be received, paid for in full with a credit/debit card, by Tuesday at noon of the desired football game. There is no exception to this rule.

Birthday videoboard message requests must be received, paid for in full with a credit/debit card, at least three business days prior to the event. There is no exception to this rule.
Additional Guidelines & Information
Due to NCAA Rules & Regulations, children must be in sixth grade or younger to receive a videoboard message. Grades 7 through 12 are of recruitable age and are ineligible to receive a videoboard message.
Auburn University & Auburn Athletics reserves the right to edit or refuse to display any message. The message may not contain any form of commercialism, political commentary, etc. and must comply with NCAA, Southeastern Conference, and Auburn University rules, regulations, and policies.
Auburn Athletics reserves the right to limit the number of birthday videoboard messages available per event.
Messages will be displayed during the following time periods:
- Football: Halftime
- Men's Basketball: Halftime
- Baseball: TBD
- Women's Basketball: Halftime
- Gymnastics: Pre-Meet
- Softball: TBD
- Equestrian: Halftime
- Soccer: Halftime
- Volleyball: First Set Timeout
Cancellations & Refunds
Birthday messages will take place rain or shine. In the event that a game is canceled, you may re-schedule your birthday message for another date (based on availability) or choose to be refunded. If you would like to cancel your birthday message due to other circumstances, you must do so three business days in advance of the scheduled event.
