AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn senior Jovan Rebula was selected as a Golfweek Preseason All-American, the outlet announced Wednesday.
Rebula became the 30th All-American in program history a season ago and is the seventh Tiger to be a two-time All-American.
The George, South Africa native produced a team-best 71.34 strokes per round in 2018-19, good for the 10th-lowest stroke average in the Auburn record books for a single season.
Rebula became the fifth golfer in program history to win the Southeastern Conference individual title when he won on a 4-hole playoff at 8-under (68-67-67--202) over teammate Graysen Huff.
He touted 15 below-par rounds last year, including 13 circuits in the 60s, and had five top-10 finishes.
Rebula and the Tigers tee off the 2019-20 season Sept. 23-24 in Toledo, Ohio for the Inverness Intercollegiate at Inverness Club.
