AUBURN, Ala. – Senior midfielder Bri Folds has been recognized by the United Soccer Coaches for the second straight season as she was named Third Team All-Southeast Region Monday afternoon.
The honor comes a year after Folds was named First Team All-Southeast Region and Third Team All-America by the organization following the 2018 season.
A native of Lakeland, Florida, Folds capped off her career ranked in the top 10 in program history in goals (24), assists (25), points (73) and game-winning goals (nine). She is one of just five Auburn players to rank in the top 10 in goals and assists.
Folds led the Tigers in goals (six) and points (15) for the second straight season and was named Second Team All-SEC, marking the third time in her career she has been recognized by the league. Folds tied the program record with a goal in four straight contests at the beginning of the season and was named the SEC Offensive Player of the Week after registering a combined five points in back-to-back games against Syracuse and Troy.
Prior to the season, Folds was also named to the SEC Preseason Watch List for the third straight year. She also earned Top Drawer Soccer Preseason Best XI Third Team honors and was named to the Hermann Trophy Preseason Watch List.
