TEAM NOTES
Auburn's win in the middle game against Arkansas was the team's 17th comeback win of the season … the game also marked the seventh time this season the team won a game after trailing in the seventh inning or later … the team is now 14-6 in games decided by one or two runs … the Tigers hit seven homers in three games against the Razorbacks, marking the most homers in a three-game span this season … Auburn has homered in a season-high six straight games … the bullpen held Arkansas to three runs (two earned) on five hits in 10.2 innings in the final two games of the series … Auburn enters the week ranked No. 10 in the RPI … with two weeks remaining in the regular season, the Tigers are a game out of a tie for second in the SEC West and tied with Georgia for fifth overall in the league standings … the top four teams receive a bye in the first day of the SEC Tournament … Sonny DiChiara continues to lead the league in batting average (.420), on-base percentage (.583) and slugging percentage (.839) … DiChiara also leads the nation in on-base percentage while ranking fifth in slugging and seventh in batting average … leadoff hitter Blake Rambusch is tied for the league lead with 36 hits in conference play and ranks second with 70 hits overall … Rambusch has reached base in 104 of the last 106 games dating back to 2019 … despite missing last weekend, junior Blake Burkhalter leads the league with 11 saves overall, including eight in conference play … he ranks sixth in the country in the category.
