Garrett Cooper (1B, Miami Marlins)
2022 (71 games): .311/.377/.467, 26 R, 80 H, 20 2B, 1 2B, 6 HR, 38 RBI, 24 BB

After playing in just 105 games in the last two seasons, Cooper is off to a career-best start in 2022, leading the Marlins in average, on-base percentage, slugging percentage and doubles while also ranking second in RBI and tied for second in games played. His .311 average is the fifth best in the National League and tied for the 12th best in MLB, and he also ranked top 10 in the NL in doubles, and on-base percentage. Cooper hit .378 during June, collecting 34 hits in 23 games.

Josh Donaldson (3B, New York Yankees)
2022 (63 games): .226/.313/.387, 25 R, 52 H, 16 2B, 7 HR, 25 RBI, 28 BB, 1 SB

In his first season in New York, Donaldson has helped lead the Yankees to the best record in MLB as he has played in 63 of the teams first 82 games. The 2015 AL MVP and 2019 NL Comeback Player of the Year leads the team in doubles. He hit is sixth homer of the season and 258th of his career in a 16-0 win against the Pirates Wednesday.

Casey Mize (RHP, Detroit Tigers)
2022 (2 games/2 starts): 0-1, 5.40 ERA, 10.0 IP, 13 H, 6 R/ER, 2 BB, 4 K, 1.50 WHIP

After being named to MLB Pipeline's 2021 All-Rookie Second Team, Mize made just two starts in 2022 before being shut down with an elbow injury on Apr. 15. He began a rehab assignment on May 9 but was ultimately place on the 60-day IL on May 31 and underwent Tommy John surgery on June 15.

Keegan Thompson (RHP, Chicago Cubs)
2022 (18 games/10 starts): 7-3, 3.41 ERA, 71.1 IP, 64 H, 29 R/27 ER, 24 BB, 66 K, 1.23 WHIP

After making his MLB debut last May, Thompson has emerged as one of the Cubs arms in 2022, leading the team and ranking eighth in the National League with seven wins. Thompson is also tops among Cubs pitchers with 10 or more starts in ERA and ranks tied for second in strikeouts and third in innings. He didn't allow an earned run in his first four appearances and 13.2 innings and posted a 1.58 ERA through May. Thompson turned in a career best outing and snapped Atlanta's 14-game win streak with a then-season high 6.0 shutout innings and career-high nine strikeouts on June 17.

Davis Daniel (RHP, Salt Lake Bees – Los Angeles Angels)
2022 (11 games/11 starts): 3-3, 4.83 ERA, 54.0 IP, 55 H, 34 R/29 ER, 19 BB, 45 K, 1.37 WHIP

Daniel made it all the way to Triple-A in his first professional season in 2021 and has been in Salt Lake's starting rotation since 2022 Opening Day. He is tied for the team lead with 11 starts and ranks third in innings and strikeouts. After earning the win and striking out a season eight batters in 5.0 innings on June 5, Daniel was called up to the big leagues on June 11 but did not make an appearance before being sent back to Triple-A on June 14. He is currently rated by MLB.com as the Angels' No. 12 prospect.

Grant Dayton (LHP, Salt Lake Bees – Los Angeles Angels)
2022 (26 games): 0-1, 4.30 ERA, 1 SV, 29.1 IP, 23 H, 18 R/14 ER, 12 BB, 37 K, 1.19 WHIP

A five-year big leaguer, Dayton currently finds himself a teammate of fellow former Auburn pitcher Davis Daniel with the Salt Lake Bees after starting the season with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, the Triple-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins. His 26 appearances are the most in a professional season since 2016, and he has turned in a 11.4 K/9.0 IP rate.

Josh Palacios (OF, Rochester Red Wings – Washington Nationals)
2022 (60 games): .278/.369/.431, 36 R, 58 H, 9 2B, 1 3B, 7 HR, 39 RBI, 26 BB, 16 SB

Another former Auburn Tigers who made his MLB debut in 2021, Palacios started the season in Buffalo but has spent the majority of the season with Triple-A Rochester, ranking tied for second on the team in stolen bases (14), tied for third in RBI (35), fourth in on-base percentage (.369) and fifth in hits (54). In his first game with Rochester, Palacios went 3-for-4 with a homer and season-high four RBI, collecting a walk-off single in the bottom of the 10th inning. Palacios hit .306 in June and has a hit in eight of his last nine games.

Daniel Robert (RHP, Round Rock Express – Texas Rangers)
2022 (16 games): 0-2, 6.89 ERA, 2 SV, 15.2 IP, 19 H, 12 R/ER, 14 BB, 20 K, 2.11 WHIP

Spending the entirety of the season in Triple-A to this point, Robert has held the opponent scoreless in nine trips to the mound, including four of his last six. He has registered 20 strikeouts in 15.2 innings, recently striking out all three batters in a scoreless inning on June 28 and following it up with another scoreless inning on July 3.

Trey Wingenter (RHP, Louisville Bats – Cincinnati Reds)

After making his MLB debut with San Diego on Aug. 7, 2018, Wingenter has pitched in just seven games since the end of that season and is currently on the injured list.

Tanner Burns (RHP, Akron Rubber Ducks – Cleveland Guardians)
2022 (10 games/starts): 1-2, 2.75 ERA, 36.0 IP, 23 H, 12 R/11 ER, 18 BB, 46 K, 1.14 WHIP

Outside of making just one start in May, Burns has been in Akron's rotation since the season began and ranks second among Rubber Ducks pitchers with 10 or more starts in ERA on a team that ranks fifth in the league in the category. The former Compensation Round pick has struck out 46 batters in 36.0 innings and is holding opponents to just a .180 average. Burns, who is currently rated by MLB.com as the Guardians' No. 11 prospect, struck out five batters in 4.0 hitless innings on June 25 and matched a season high with six strikeouts in his most recent start on July 2.

Bailey Horn (LHP, Tennessee Smokies – Chicago Cubs)
2022 (16 games): 1-1, 2.88 ERA, 1 SV, 25.0 IP, 17 H, 8 R/ER, 16 BB, 33 K, 1.32 WHIP

Horn started the season with five scoreless outings and 16 strikeouts in 10.0 innings for High-A South Bend before being promoted to Double-A. He allowed one run in his first five appearances and 5.2 innings in Tennessee and earned the win in his second appearance with the club. Horn has multiple strikeouts in 10 of his 16 appearances this season, including three in a pair of scoreless frames Wednesday.

Edouard Julien (IF, Wichita Wind Surge – Minnesota Twins)
2022 (55 games): .283/.421/.455, 29 R, 53 H, 9 2B, 1 3B, 7 HR, 28 RBI, 46 BB, 9 SB

According to Twins Daily, Julien turned in the second-best offensive season by a Twins minor leaguer in 2021 and has largely picked up where he left off at Double-A in 2022. He leads qualified hitters in average and ranks second on the team in on-base percentage, third in hits and tied for third in RBI. The left-handed slugger recently went 4-for-5 with a double, pair of homers and franchise record seven RBI on June 29, earning him Minnesota Twins Minor League Player of the Week honors, and his hitting .357 (10-for-28) in his last seven games. Julien was named a 2021 MiLB.com Organizational All-Star and is currently rated by MLB.com as the Twins' No. 27 prospect.

Andrew Mitchell (LHP, Binghamton Rumble Ponies – New York Mets)
2022 (18 games): 0-1, 4.68 ERA, 3 SV, 25.0 IP, 22 H, 14 R/13 ER, 17 BB, 27 K, 1.56 WHIP

Mitchell has made 18 appearances split almost evenly between Triple-A and Double-A. After taking the mound 10 times for the Syracuse Mets, he has turned in a 3.86 ERA ERA in eight appearances with the Rumble Ponies. Mitchell recorded a save in three of his first five Double-A appearances and has held the opponent scoreless in six of his eight outings at the current level.

Matt Scheffler (C, Arkansas Travelers – Seattle Mariners)
2022 (34 games): .230/.362/.274, 20 R, 26 H, 3 2B, 1 3B, 14 RBI, 21 BB, 4 SB

After working his way through two level of A-ball last year, Scheffler has spent the entirety of the 2022 season with Double-A Arkansas. He started off hitting .290 in his first taste of Double-A ball in April and recently went 1-for-4 with a walk, RBI and stolen base on July 4.

Ryan Watson (RHP, Bowie Baysox – Baltimore Orioles)
2022 (14 games/12 starts): 5-3, 3.66 ERA, 1 SV, 66.1 IP, 55 H, 30 R/27 ER, 15 BB, 77 K, 1.06 WHIP

Similar to Scheffler, Watson worked his way through A-ball in 2021 and has spent the entirety of this season with Double-A Bowie. After making his first two appearances in relief, the big right-hander entered the starting rotation and has made 12 straight starts. Watson leads qualified Baysox pitchers in ERA and WHIP and leads all team hurlers in innings and strikeouts. He also ranks top 10 in the Eastern League in ERA, WHIP and strikeouts. Watson recently matched a season high with eight strikeouts and allowed one run in 5.0 innings on July 4.

Ryan Bliss (IF, Hillsboro Hops – Arizona Diamondbacks)
2022 (69 games): .179/.261/.261, 32 R, 46 H, 10 2B, 1 3B, 3 HR, 19 RBI, 27 BB, 15 SB

The 42nd overall pick of the Diamondbacks a season ago, Bliss leads Hillsboro in games played while ranking second in runs, tied for third in doubles and fourth in hits. Bliss turned in a season-best average in June and has homered in two of five games in July. He went 2-for-5 with a home run on the first pitch of the game on July 4. Bliss is currently rated by MLB.com as the Diamondbacks' No. 14 prospect.

Calvin Coker (RHP, Stockton Ports – Oakland Athletics)
2022 (7 games): 1-0, 1.54 ERA, 11.2 IP, 14 H, 4 R/2 ER, 1 BB, 12 K, 1.29 WHIP

Prior to this season, Coker spent the last two years recovering from elbow surgery but has worked his way back and has turned in a 1.54 ERA in seven appearances between Single-A and Double-A. Making his first appearance since Sept. 1, 2019, on June 10, Coker has allowed just one run since his first appearance of the year and earned his second professional win in his second trip to the mound on June 14. He has struck out 12 and issued just one walk in 11.2 innings.

Will Holland (IF, Cedar Rapids Kernels – Minnesota Twins)
2022 (62 games): .239/.358/.398, 37 R, 48 H, 9 2B, 4 3B, 5 HR, 28 RBI, 31 BB, 14 SB

Holland has spent the entirety of the season with High-A Cedar Rapids and has turned in career best in average, on-base percentage and RBI to this point in the season. Holland leads the club in stolen bases and ranks third in walks and on-base percentage. He went on a season-best eight game hitting streak from May 20-28 and turned in a season-best average during the month.

Jack Owen (LHP, Lansing Lugnuts – Oakland Athletics)
2022 (25 games/3 starts): 3-4, 3.68 ERA, 3 SV, 44.0 IP, 46 H, 24 R/18 ER, 14 BB, 54 K, 1.36 WHIP

After making 23 appearances and posting a 3.41 ERA with three wins and three saves in the California League, Owen was recently promoted to High-A Lansing, where he has made a pair of starts the last two weeks. Owen's 23 appearances for Stockton were top 15 in the league, and he didn't allow an earned run in 15 of those trips to the mound.

Richard Fitts (RHP, Tampa Tarpons – New York Yankees)
2022 (12 games/starts): 2-6, 5.43 ERA, 54.2 IP, 56 H, 36 R/33 ER, 12 BB, 66 K, 1.24 WHIP

In his first taste of pro ball this season, Fitts ranks third on the Tarpons in strikeouts, innings and starts. The hard-throwing righty has pitched well of late, turning in a 2.74 ERA in his last four starts and 23.0 innings. Fitts was recently named the Florida State League Pitcher of the Week after turning in 6.0 scoreless inning with one hit, no walks and six strikeouts on June 25. He turned in his third straight start of 6.0 innings and matched a season high with eight strikeouts on July 1.

Peyton Glavine (LHP, Fredericksburg Nationals – Washington Nationals)
2022 (7 games): 0-0, 1.54 ERA, 11.2 IP, 7 H, 2 R/ER, 6 BB, 15 K, 1.11 WHIP

Glavine allowed just two runs in his first seven appearances before being shut down with an injury and hasn't pitched since May 10. He struck out a season-high four batters in back-to-back outings in April, striking out 10 and issuing just on walk in his first 6.1 innings.

Cody Greenhill (RHP, Fredericksburg Nationals – Washington Nationals)
2022 (18 games): 1-0, 4.56 ERA, 23.2 IP, 23 H, 14 R/12 ER, 8 BB, 37 K, 1.31 WHIP

One of three former Tigers on the Fredericksburg Nationals, joining Glavine and Steven Williams, Greenhill is second among Nationals relievers with 37 strikeouts and has issued just eight walks in 23.2 innings. The bullish righty has turned in a 3.12 ERA in seven appearances since the start of June and recorded his first professional win on June 11, throwing 2.0 scoreless innings with four strikeouts. He has struck out at least one batters in all 18 appearances.

Tyler Miller (3B, Salem Red Sox – Boston Red Sox)
2022 (65 games): .198/.281/.333, 35 R, 48 H, 7 2B, 1 3B, 8 HR, 26 RBI, 24 BB, 5 SB

Miller has played in 65 of Salem's 77 games this season, good for the third most on the team, and is tied for second on the club in home runs. After struggling in the early part of May, Miller went on an 11-game stretch from May 20-June 1 during which he hit .375 (15-for-40) with four homers, including a homer in three straight games from May 21-24, and eight RBI. He is hitting a season-best .278 through five games in July.

Steven Williams (C, Fredericksburg Nationals – Washington Nationals)
2022 (36 games): .258/.388/.363, 20 R, 32 H, 7 2B, 2 HR, 16 RBI, 25 BB

In his first full season of pro ball, Williams ranks second on the Nationals in on-base percentage and third in average. He has heated up of late, hitting .333 (6-for-18) with a pair of multi-hit efforts and homers in his last five games. He hit a walk-off single in the 10th inning last Thursday and homered for the first time this season in a multi-hit effort last Saturday. Williams followed it up by going 2-for-3 with another homer Wednesday.
