SEC Cross Country Championships Set to Air on SEC-TV Thursday Night

AUBURN - The 2003 SEC Cross Country Championships will be broadcast tonight at 6:30 p.m. EST on SEC-TV, Fox Sports Net.
Reporter Jenn Hildreth, who will spotlight action from the championships, will join host Dave Neal from their Atlanta studio. SEC's were held Monday morning at the University of Georgia Golf Course.
The show will showcase the Arkansas men capturing their 13th consecutive conference title since joining the SEC in 1991. This marks the 30th straight season that the Razorbacks have taken home a conference title in men's cross country. Kentucky's Thomas Morgan took home the men's individual title (24:59.25). On the women's side, Tennessee won the team title for the first time since 1998. Auburn's Angela Homan was the women's individual winner.
Homan completed the race in 21:49.76 to take home Auburn's first women's individual SEC title and help lead the Tigers to a sixth place team finish. With the individual win, Homan earned her third individual title this season.
Auburn's men and women will compete in the NCAA South Regional on November 15. The Tigers host the event on Saturday the 15th, with the men's race beginning at 9 a.m. (CT) and the women at 10 a.m. (CT). Regionals will be held on the Indian Pines Golf Course in Auburn.
