Auburn, Ala. - The Auburn women's basketball team will participate in the Opelika Main Street "First Fridays" on Friday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The team will be joined by the coaching staff and Tiger cheerleaders.
The team, staff and cheerleaders will be available for autographs and pictures for those Tiger fans in attendance. In addition, the cheerleaders will be doing face tattoos for fans. The 2006-07 official women's basketball poster and ticket information will be available.
The Auburn women's basketball team opens the season on Nov. 7 in an exhibition game against Tuskegee at 6 p.m. in the Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum. For a complete season schedule, please visit the Auburn web site at www.auburntigers.com.
