Dallas, Texas - The No. 4 Auburn equestrian team (6-2) continued their successful road trip in Texas defeating Southern Methodist (5-8) 7-3 in Hunt Seat on Sunday. The Tigers defeated the Mustangs 4-1 in Hunt Seat Equitation over Fences and 3-2 in Hunt Seat Equitation on the Flat. Auburn defeated No. 1 Baylor 11-9 on Saturday in Waco.

"It's our second day on the road," said Auburn head coach Greg Williams. "We made a couple of mistakes that left some of our riders to have to cover for others, but they did it quite well. Both of our seniors, Jessica Braswell and Jenny Reinhart, pulled in two really good rides when we needed it and showed a lot of leadership. It's our second road win, so it couldn't make for a better weekend."
