Peyton Alsobrook, Head Friend of Aubie, was selected to the 2013 E. Lynn Harris All-SEC Spirit Team, recognized at the 2013 Men's SEC Basketball Tournament in Nashville, Tenn.
The All-SEC Spirit team is comprised of a representative from each of the SEC schools, in honor of former Arkansas Cheerleader and long-time volunteer coach E. Lynn Harris. The E. Lynn Harris All-SEC Spirit Team recognizes spirit members for their academic success, philanthropic dedication and overall representation of their university.
"Peyton works tirelessly to make sure that Aubie remains one of the best mascots in the nation," Auburn Athletics Spirit Coordinator Latisha Durroh said. "He goes above and beyond in everything he does and always represents Auburn and our spirit program well. Peyton is extremely deserving of this honor that recognizes spirit squad members for their hard work in the classroom and the community."
Peyton is a senior from Opelika, Ala., majoring in both Finance and Management. He is the son of O.D. & Colleen Alsobrook and is in his second year with the Aubie Program.
