ATLANTA - Auburn senior diver Cinzia Calabretta finished second in the women's platform final on Saturday to wrap up the Georgia Tech Invitational.
Competing on the tower for the first time this season, Calabretta posted a score of 257.60 to earn a runner-up finish. The senior was also Auburn's top-finisher in the women's 1-meter and 3-meter finals at the three-day competition.
Fellow senior Shanna Schuelein placed sixth overall, collecting a score of 231.30 for her five-dive list on the platform.
On the men's side, Justin Youtsey placed seventh on the platform for the Tigers, recording a score of 296.60. The six-dive list by Youtsey was his personal-best on tower. The junior was the Tigers' top-finisher in all three men's events at the Georgia Tech Invitational.
Freshman Pete Turnham took 13th in the men's platform final, finishing with a 238.50.
Auburn's full squad returns to action for its midseason meet at the Georgia Invitational in Athens, Ga. The three-day meet runs Dec. 5-7 at the Ramsey Center on the campus of the University of Georgia.
