AUBURN, Ala. - Auburn volleyball fell 3-0 (19-25, 17-25, 21-25) to Arkansas on Friday in front of a school-record crowd of 2,474 fans at Auburn Arena.

Friday night's attendance shattered the previous record of 1,810 from 2013 when the Tigers hosted Alabama at Auburn Arena. The crowd filled the lower bowl of Auburn Arena as well as portions of the middle "orange" section as a part of a volleyball/men's basketball doubleheader Friday.

The Tigers (10-14, 2-9 SEC) were held in check offensively during the match as the Razorbacks (12-13, 6-6 SEC) hit .276 with 42 kills on the night. Arkansas also finished with six service aces and kept the Tigers out-of-system for much of the match; Auburn hit .124 in the contest and posted 34 kills.

"Serve and pass was the key tonight and I thought that was a struggle for us," head coach Rick Nold said. "We've got to come out ready to compete. We've got good teams we're going to play every night and it takes us coming out and expecting to play our best. It's a lot of little stuff that we've got to do right every time or teams are going to take advantage of us."

Alexa Filley collected her ninth double-double in the last 13 matches, posting a team-high 28 assists and 11 digs against the Razorbacks. The freshman has collected seven double-doubles in SEC play which leads the conference.

Emily Klitzke and Macy Reece finished with nine kills, respectively. Courtney Crable chipped in eight kills, while Stephanie Campbell added in five.

Meredith Hays led Arkansas with a match-high 13 kills and posted 10 digs, while Chanell Clark-Bibbs added in nine kills and hit .467. Bailee Hankenson recorded 36 assists for the Razorbacks and Monica Bollinger added in a team-high 11 digs.

Arkansas controlled every statistical category in the match, holding Auburn to its third-lowest hitting percentage on its home floor this season. The Razorbacks also finished with more digs (37-33), blocks (9-4) and assists (40-32).

The Tigers return to action on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. CT as Auburn closes out the weekend with Tennessee. Admission is free to all home Auburn volleyball matches.
