COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Junior Tra'Cee Tanner had her fourth double-double of the season as the Auburn women's basketball team dropped a 78-45 decision to No. 12 Texas A&M Sunday at Reed Arena.

Tanner finished with 10 points and 10 rebounds, leading Auburn in both categories. She also shared the team lead in assists with three. Sophomore Brandy Montgomery shared the scoring lead with 10 points of her own.

Freshman Asia Robeson scored eight points, all in the second half, including a pair of 3-pointers for Auburn's tallest player (6-4) to match a career-high. She had two of Auburn's four treys on the day as fellow freshman Neydja Petithomme added two triples of her own to finish with six points. Katie Frerking added seven points.

Auburn shot 34 percent from the field for the game while Texas A&M hardly missed, finishing with a 55.4-percent shooting day. A&M's Courtney Williams led all scorers with 23 points and Courtney Walker added 13. Both teams excelled at the free-throw line with Auburn making 9-of-11 attempts and A&M hitting 13-of-15 from the line.

The Tigers return home Thursday night to face LSU. Tip is set for 6 p.m. at Auburn Arena, and the game will be televised by FSN.
