Burgmans and Michaud fall in Round of 16

AUBURN, Ala. - . No. 8 Pleun Burgmans and Alizee Michaud fell to No. 29 Hadley Berg and Paige Cline, 6-0, 6-4 in the NCAA Championships Round of 16 to finish the season.

Burgmans finishes her career with 107 career doubles victories. She advanced to the NCAA Doubles Championships all four years and advanced to the semifinals in 2014 with partner Emily Flickinger and is now a three-time All-American.

Burgmans and Michaud finish the season 14-6 (9-4 SEC), with an 8-4 record against ranked opponents. The pair earned All-American honors after being selected as a top No. 5-8 seed for the NCAA Championships.
