AUBURN, Ala. - The finals of the 2016 ITA men's Southern Regionals will take place Monday morning at the Yarbrough Tennis Center in Auburn.

The singles final will begin Monday at 10 a.m., and the doubles final will begin at 11 a.m. Admission is free. The finals matches will be live-streamed online at www.AuburnTigers.com.

In singles, Tulane's Constantin Schmitz and Nuno Borges of Mississippi State will face off for the regional championship. Schmitz advanced to the final with a 6-0, 2-6, 6-4 win over Mazen Osama of Alabama. Borges was a 7-5, 6-1 winner over Gustav Hansson of Ole Miss in his semifinal match Sunday.

In doubles, Trevor Foshey and Niclaus Braun of Mississippi State will face Fabian Fallert and Grey Hamilton of Ole Miss in the final match. Foshey and Braun defeated Mazen Osama and Matthew Rossouw of Alabama 3-6, 6-3, 1-0 (8) on Sunday. The tandem of Fallert and Hamilton defeated Gustav Hansson and Tim Sandkaulen of Ole Miss 7-6, 6-3 in the other semifinal.

The consolation singles final was also played Sunday afternoon, with Eric Komati of UAB posting a 6-2, 6-4 victory over Luis Erlenbusch of Tulane.

The singles and doubles champions advance to the USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, N.Y., in November.
