AUBURN, Ala. - The Auburn men's golf program has a rich and proud history of churning out professional golfers. There are currently 12 former Tigers playing on multiple professional tours, including the PGA. Each week we will recap the performances of each of these golfers.
Blayne Barber This Week: DNP
Season Stats: Seven PGA Tour events played. Has made the cut twice with a top-10 finish. Finished second in a playoff at the RSM Classic. Averaging 71.025 this season and is ranked 62nd in the FedEx Cup.
Dominic Bozzelli This Week: Missed the cut at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am PGA Tour event.
Season Stats: Eight PGA Tour events played. Has made the cut three times with a top-10 finish. Finished fifth at the CareerBuilder Challenge. T-35th at the Safeway Open.
Will Claxton This Week: DNP
Season Stats: Has not returned to action after undergoing hip surgery. Played in eight PGA Tour events in 2014 making the cut four times.
Jason Dufner This Week: DNP
Season Stats: Three PGA Tour events played. Made the cut twice, finishing in the top-25 on both occasions. Finished 21st at the SBS Tournament of Champions. T-25th at the CareerBuilder Challenge. Averaging 71.646 this season and is ranked 69th in the Official World Golf Ranking.
Michael Hebert This Week: DNP
Season Stats: Appeared in the second PGA Tour event of his career at the Safeway Open on Oct. 16, 2016.
John Huston This Week: DNP
Season Stats: Has not appeared on the PGA Tour Champions Tour in 2017. Appeared in 13 events in 2016, making the cut 12 times with five top-25 finishes.
Michael Johnson
This Week: Missed the cut at the Club Colombia Championship by Servientrega Web.com Tour event.
Season Stats: Three Web.com Tour events played. Two PGA Tour events played including a t-18th finish at the Sanderson Farms Championship.
Patton Kizzire This Week: DNP
Season Stats: Seven PGA Tour events played. Has made the cut in three events with one top-10 finish. Finished second at the Safeway Open. Currently ranked 31st in the FedEx Cup and 113th in the Official World Golf Ranking. Averaging 71.496 this season.
Will McCurdy This Week: DNP
Season Stats: Has not appeared on the Mackenzie Tour in 2017. Appeared in 12 events in 2016, making the cut nine times with three top-25 finishes.
