AUBURN, Ala. - The No. 44 Auburn men's tennis team (11-7, 2-2 in the SEC) plays two more matches on the road this week, concluding a five-match road swing.
The Tigers are at No. 49 Ole Miss (6-6, 1-4) Thursday for a 1 p.m. SEC match at the Palmer/Salloum Tennis Center in Oxford.
On Saturday, Auburn visits Arkansas (10-8, 2-3) for a 6 p.m. SEC match at the Billingsley Tennis Center in Fayetteville.
"I believe this weekend playing at Ole Miss and Arkansas will be a true test for our team," Auburn coach Bobby Reynolds said. "Historically, both have great tennis history and tradition so we will be facing two tough home crowds.
"Our guys need to take the momentum from last weekend's win at Vanderbilt and the strides we have made as a team this spring into these two matches. These are two strong opponents but matches that we can win if we play smart, high-percentage tennis."
Auburn's tentative lineup for this weekend's matches is: Singles: Max Hinnisdaels, Carles Sarrio, Conner Huertas del Pino, Edward Nguyen, Olle Thestrup, Brandon Laubser; Doubles: Hinnisdaels/Huertas del Pino, Nguyen/Laubser, Dante Saleh/Thestrup.
In the latest Oracle/ITA rankings, Hinnisdaels and Huertas del Pino are No. 18 nationally in doubles, and Hinnisdaels is ranked No. 67 nationally in singles.
Auburn returns to home action Thursday, March 30, hosting No. 45 Tennessee in a 3 p.m. SEC match. All home matches are at the Yarbrough Tennis Center (771 Yarbrough Farms Blvd., Auburn) and admission is free.
