Eight former Auburn golfers were active this week on all tours. Jake Mondy and Ryan Benton were the bright spots of the former Tigers. Auburn still boasts three golfers in the top 100 of the FedEx Cup rankings.

Mondy finished tied for sixth at 12-under in the Swing Thought Tour in Dickson, Tenn., with rounds of 67-67-70-70 to win $2216.

Ryan Benton
Benton, 2017 Auburn alumnus, finished 12th at 10-under in the Swing Thought Tour this past weekend. Benton started out of the gate hot finishing at -8 in the first two rounds of the tournament. He rallied from his third round performance (+1) finishing with a score of -3 on his final day.

Barber, Bozzelli and Kizzire will all meet again on the PGA Tour at the Greenbrier Classic in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Will McCurdy, Mackenzie Tour, will begin play on July 6 at the Players Cup. Benton will continue his play on the Swing Thought Tour in a 36-hole shootout event that begins on Friday.
