AUBURN, Ala. ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" When No. 15 Auburn travels to Missouri on Sept. 23, we know it will be a night game. We just don't know what time or what channel it will be on yet.
The SEC announced the conference slate for that Sept. 23 weekend on Monday, and the Auburn-Missouri game is set to kick off at either 6 or 6:30 p.m. CT and will be shown on either ESPN2, ESPNU, or the SEC Network. The other two games in consideration for the three networks are Florida at Kentucky and Syracuse at LSU.
The start time and network will be determined after this Saturday's contests.
For Auburn, it will be the program's first-ever trip to Faurot Field in Columbia, Missouri. The two sides have only met twice previously ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" once in the 1973 Sun Bowl and again in the 2013 SEC championship when Auburn won 59-42 and advanced to the national championship.
This weekend, Auburn will return home to Jordan-Hare Stadium and host Mercer at 3 p.m. CT. The game will be televised on the SEC Network.
