AUBURN, Ala. - Auburn men's golf is set to close out the fall slate of the 2017-18 schedule at the Tavistock Invitational Sunday through Tuesday at the par 72, 7,544-yard Isleworth Country Club in Windermere, Fla.
The Tigers are one of seven ranked teams in the 17-team field that includes No. 9 Vanderbilt, No. 10 Florida, No. 12 LSU, No. 13 Texas Tech, No. 20 North Carolina and No. 21 California. UCF, Illinois, West Virginia, Arizona, North Texas, Arizona State, Augusta, Purdue, North Florida and UAB round out the field.
Juniors Trace Crowe and Jacob Solomon, sophomore Jovan Rebula, and freshmen Brandon Mancheno and Wells Padgett will play the course for the Tigers.
Mancheno has finished in the top 10 in his last two events played, tying for third at the Trinity Forest Invitational and tying for ninth at the Jerry Pate National.
Auburn has finished in the top three in each event played this fall.
Five additional Tigers will travel to Birmingham, Ala. this weekend to play at the Samford Intercollegiate. Ryan Knop, Andrew Kozan, Marcus Svensson, Reagan Harrell and Grayson Huff will play the course as Auburn's B team. The event, hosted by Samford University, begins Monday with 36 holes and concludes on Tuesday.
