2018 Schedule
AUBURN, Ala. ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" The Auburn gymnastics team will hold its annual Preview Meet Friday, Dec. 1, at 6:30 p.m. CT in Auburn Arena. Admission to the meet is free.
"The Preview Meet is always our final kickoff before season starts," head coach Jeff Graba said. "We try our best to help acclimate the team to our home environment so holding it on a Friday night is ideal. We still need the fan support in order to simulate a home meet so I'm encouraging all fans to show up and get a sneak peek at this year's team!"
A handful of activities will be available for fans during the meet. There will be a photo booth set up with Aubie Clause as well as a Christmas stocking giveaway. The Kid Zone will be set up and following the meet, the Tigers will hold an autograph session.
The meet will give fans the opportunity to see the Tigers for the first time before competition begins in January. Auburn's lineup boasts two seniors ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" Kennedy Finister and Cara Stricklin ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" and six juniors in Telah Black, Samantha Cerio, Emma Engler, Taylor Krippner, Abby Milliet, and A'Miracal Phillips.
In addition to the squads four sophomores ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" Katie Becker, Gracie Day, Kendal Moss, Emma Slappey ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" the fans will get to see the team's large group of freshmen in action. The newcomers are Sydney Bassett, Jada Glenn, Allie Riddle, Ashley Smith, Meredith Sylvia, and Drew Watson.
The Tigers have five meets in Auburn Arena this season with four against the SEC. Auburn kicks off its home schedule, Jan. 12, against Missouri and caps the month at home vs. Kentucky (Jan. 26). In addition to its home meet against Rutgers (Feb. 16), the month of February is full of exciting meets that include Florida (Feb. 2) and Alabama (Feb. 23).
Reserved chair back premium seats for the 2018 season are available for $40 in sections 101-105 and 118. General admission seats are available in sections 106-117 for $20. Auburn faculty and staff tickets are $32 and are available in sections 101-105 and 118, while "Family Four Packs" are priced at $120 and are also available in sections 101-105 and 118.
