Tyler Stovall named first-team Academic All-American

AUBURN, Ala. ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" Auburn senior Tyler Stovall was named a CoSIDA first-team Academic All-America selection Thursday.

Stovall, the oldest player in the SEC at 27, has appeared in 52 games as the team's holder dating back to the 2014 season. In the classroom, he graduated with a degree in business marketing this past May, and he's currently working on his MBA in the College of Business where he has a 4.00 GPA.

The senior has made the SEC Academic Honor Roll the past four years, and he was named CoSIDA Academic All-District last year.
