Jason Dufner played in the U.S. Open Championship this past weekend. Michael Hebert represented Auburn in the Air Capital Class Supporting Wichita’s Youth finishing with a score of -7 after an impressive final round on Sunday. Dominic Bozzelli, Blayne Barber, Patton Kizzire were on the PGA Tour and Will McCurdy on the Canadian Tour.

In his third best outing in his career, Bozzelli captured a top 10 finish and went home $143,200 richer. Bozzelli completed the weekend with nine birdies and just five bogeys. Bozzelli tied with Alabama native Stewart Cink at -6. Daniel Berger won the tournament.

After an impressive win at the Memorial Tournament two weeks ago, Dufner failed to make the cut in the 123rd U.S. Open. Dufner made par on every hole in the first round except for two in which he had a pair of double bogeys. Round Two started great for Dufner with two opening birdies. He shot even par on the second nine and finished at +3 for the day. Dufner missed the cut at +7.

June 15-18: Air Capital Class Supporting Wichita’s Youth (Crestview Country Club: Wichita, Kansas) Hebert made 16 birdies on the weekend. The final round was Hebert’s best day. He had a bogey-free 2-under round. He finished the weekend tied for 40th with a score of -7.

June 8-11: Rust-Oleum Championship (Lakewood Country Club: Westlake, Ohio)
Hebert was just shy of a top 50 finish but still earned $1,620 on this Web.com Tour event. Hebert was +1 for the tournament, which allowed him to finish 53rd overall.

John Huston will compete in the American Family Insurance Championship beginning Friday on the PGA Champions Tour.
