AUBURN, Ala. - Tickets are on sale for the Auburn Diamond Club's 17th annual Auburn Baseball Preseason Banquet scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 10 from 6-8 p.m. CT at Auburn Arena.

Special guests Tim Hudson and Tom Glavine headline this year's banquet and will participate in a panel discussion during the event.

Hudson, a member of the Auburn baseball program from 1996-97, was not only named the 1997 SEC Player of the Year and a First Team All-American, but also led Auburn to its latest College World Series appearance after turning in the best two-way season in program history. He went on to enjoy a 17-tear MLB career, was a four-time MLB All-Star and won the 2014 World Series with the San Francisco Giants. Hudson will be inducted into the Atlanta Braves Hall of Fame Saturday and the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame this spring.

Following a 22-year MLB career, Glavine was inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame as a first ballot hall of famer in 2014. One of only 24 players to join the exclusive 300-win club, Glavine was also a two-time Cy Young Award winner and a 10-time MLB All-Star. Glavine was a key member of the Braves 14 consecutive divisional championships and helped lead the team to the 1995 World Series crown. Following a five-year stint with the New York Mets, he returned to Atlanta for his final season in 2008.

The banquet is held each year prior to the beginning of the season to celebrate and learn about the upcoming team. Fans will get the chance to meet the members of this year's team while hearing from head coach Butch Thompson and members of his staff about the state of the program.

Tickets for the event are $40 and help support the Auburn baseball program. A catered dinner from Full Moon BBQ will be included with each ticket.
