AUBURN, Ala. ÃÆ'Æ'¢ÃƒÆ'¢'¬" The Auburn gymnastics team stands at No. 16 in this week's RoadtoNationals.com weekly rankings. The squad is averaging a 195.939 overall.
"We are simply working hard at getting better every day," head coach Jeff Graba said. "The rankings, being based on our average of all scores, are still too volatile to pay too close attention to. We did a good job finishing up a tough weekend and now we have to get ready for Rutgers Friday."
Oklahoma held on to first nationally, while UCLA moved up to second. Utah, LSU, and Florida round out the Top 5. Alabama, Arkansas, and Kentucky rank in Nos. 7-9 with Georgia being No. 14 and Missouri at No. 20.
The Tigers are 11th on beam nationally with a 49.075, while standing 13th on vault at 49.029.
