AUBURN, Ala. - No. 11 Auburn Softball gears up for a midweek showdown with the Alabama State Hornets on Wednesday at Jane B. Moore Field. First pitch is set 6 p.m. CT. and will be broadcasted on SEC Network+.

Free tervis cups will be available for fans at the marketing booth, limit one per person. Fans that received a voucher from last Saturday's game against Alabama for an Auburn Softball green hat will also be able to begin redeeming their voucher at the marketing booth. These vouchers may be redeemed at any home game throughout the rest of the season.

A postgame autograph session will also be held behind sections 7 and 103. The event will last approximately 10 minutes.

The Tigers are coming off a series victory over No. 15 Alabama that concluded with a thrilling walk-off win in the series finale on Sunday. It is the first SEC series win for head coach Mickey Dean at the Tigers' helm.

Auburn enters the contest 27-6, 2-4 in SEC play. The Hornets, led by fourth-year head coach Chris Steiner-Wilcoxson, are currently 9-19 after dropping their last series with Southern.

Auburn and Alabama State have met nine times with the Tigers leading the series 9-0, including a 4-0 mark in games played at Jane B. Moore Field. The teams met twice last season, once in Auburn in a 14-0 win and once at Lagoon Park in Montgomery in a 14-1 win.

  • Draper and freshman Taylon Snow both rank among the top-50 in total hits with 39 and 37, respectively. The pair also ranks in the top 10 in the SEC in that category.
