AUBURN, Ala. ââ'¬" The national champion Auburn equestrian team added another strong competitor to the 2018-19 roster in Haylee Jerkins, head coach Greg Williams announced Monday.
"Haylee is a very practiced and knowledgeable rider when it comes to horsemanship and barn management," Williams said. "That is invaluable in what we do on a daily basis. She is a legacy athlete, but is anxious to create her own Auburn reputation. She is going to be a great addition to our team."

Highlights: Multiple Grand Champions and Reserve Champions … Multiple ribbons from the "AA" rated horseshows in Wellington, Fla., and Lexington, Ky. … Father, Foy Merrell Jerkins, played football at Auburn (1969-70).
