Appearance Policies
- Completion of this form does not guarantee that Auburn Athletics can fulfill your request.
- We may not be able to approve requests for our coaches and/or student-athletes that are currently in season.
- All appearances are approved for a one-hour time limit.
- We are not able to facilitate appearances or requests for former Auburn coaches or former Auburn student-athletes, including those who are now professional athletes.
- Appearances for student-athletes will not be approved that are outside of a 100 mile radius of the Auburn campus. The majority of appearances we are able to participate in fall within a 30 mile radius of the Auburn campus.
- Student-athletes are not allowed to miss class, workouts, practices or any academic related or athletic related event in order to perform community service or to make an appearance.
- Some appearances may have to be denied based on NCAA rules.
