Gamahce is hitting .216 over the last 10 games and is coming off a 1-for-3 night with a single and run scored vs. Bowie on Sunday. He currently ranks sixth in walks in the Eastern League and boasts a .367 on-base percentage, which is good for top-15 in the league.
Keegan Thompson (RHP, Tennessee Smokies – Double-A Affiliate of Chicago Cubs)

Thompson has allowed just four runs in his last six starts for the Smokies – good for a 1.17 ERA – and has given up three or fewers hits in four of those outings. He pitched in front of his hometown fans on July 24 at Birmingham and allowed two runs with seven strikeouts in 5.0 innings. Thompson then picked up his third Double-A win after throwing 5.0 scoreless innings vs. Chattanooga Sunday. Thompson was ranked the No. 13 prospect in the Cubs organization by MLB Pipeline last week.
Damek Tomscha (IF/OF, Reading Fightin Phils – Double-A Affiliate of Philadelphia Phillies)
Season stats (90 games): .274/.334/.475, 42 R, 87 H, 14 2B, 1 3B, 16 HR, 54 RBI, 26 BB, 57 K, 1 SB
Tomscha homered on three consecutive days for the first time in his career July 23-25. He drove in six runs during the three games. Tomscha hit safely in 13 straight games before seeing the streak end on July 26. In his most recent appearance on Sunday, Tomscha went 2-for-4 with a run scored.
Ben Braymer (LHP, Potomac Nationals – Single-A Affiliate of Washington Nationals)
Season stats (21 games): 9-3, 2.67 ERA, 87.2 IP, 79 H, 29 R, 26 ER, 22 BB, 80 K
Braymer made two starts for the Nationals last week and earned a win in both efforts. The left-hander pitched 6.0 scoreless innings and struck out four on July 22. In his next start on July 28, Braymer allowed one run on three hits and struck out five over 5.0 innings.
Justin Camp (RHP, Wilmington Blue Rocks – Single-A Affiliate of Kansas City Royals)

Camp hasn't allowed a run in his last three appearances for the Blue Rocks and has a 3.00 ERA in his last 10 trips to the mound, including his Triple-A debut on July 3. In his most recent outing, the right-hander tossed 2.0 scoreless innings and surrendered just one hit.

Cochran-Gill was assigned to Single-A Stockton on July 3 and has allowed just three earned runs in eight trips to the mound during the span. In his most recent outing on July 29, Cochran-Gill turned in 1.2 scoreless innings and issued a strikeout.
Gabe Klobosits (RHP, Potomac Nationals – Single-A Affiliate of Washington Nationals)

Mize made his professional debut with the GCL Tigers on July 26 and pitched 2.0 scoreless innings. He didn't allow a hit and struck out four of the seven batters he faced. The No. 1 overall pick of the 2018 MLB Draft secured the second largest signing bonus in draft history and largest in the bonus pool era, signing with the Tigers on June 25.
Joshua Palacios (OF, Dunedin Blue Jays – Single-A Affiliate of Toronto Blue Jays)

Palacios has three multi-hit efforts in his last five games and went 2-for-4 with a double Sunday. The outfielder has spent the entirety of the season with Dunedin and ranks tied for second in the Florida State League in hits, tied for eighth in doubles, ninth in total bases and tied for ninth in RBI.

Venter is riding a three-game hitting streak and is 4-for-10 with three runs, a double, a home run and four RBI during the span. He hit his second professional home run at Lexington on July 28 and went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI Monday night.
