Can't make all the games during the season? Your season tickets don't have to go unused! Simply login to your account and transfer your tickets by putting in a name and email address for the recipient. The recipient then receives an email with the tickets via print at home or mobile delivery.
Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the Auburn Athletic Department has made temporary changes to our ticket transfer fee policy and all on-line ticket transfer will be at no charge.
How to transfer a ticket in 5 easy steps
Step 1: Sign in to your online ticket account.
- If you have already activated your online account, enter your account number or email address and password.
- If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link, enter your email address, and a temporary password will be sent to you.
- If you have never activated your online ticket account, click "Register" under "Existing Customer." You will need to have your TUF number and PIN. Contact the Auburn Ticket Office at (855)-282-2010, option 1 if you do not have this information.
Step 2: Once you have signed in/activated your account, click on the "My Account" link on the menu at the left.
Step 3: Click the "Tiger Ticket Transfer" link under "My Tickets."
Step 4: You will see a list of games available for transfer. Check the box next to the game(s) you
would like to transfer tickets from and click on "Next."
Step 5: Check the box next to the seat(s) you would like to transfer for the selected games, type in the recipient's name and email address, and click on "Next." Review the details on the next page and click on "Yes, Make Transfer."
There is no charge to transfer tickets for football during the 2020 season. All other ticketed sports are also free to electronically transfer tickets (Men's & Women's Basketball, Gymnastics, Baseball and Softball).
You have now transferred your tickets. The recipient will receive an email to let them know that you have transferred tickets to them. They will have the choice to accept or reject the transfer within 72 hours. You will be sent an email notice of their acceptance or rejection. If the tickets that are being transferred are accepted, your tickets will be canceled and the barcode will be de-activated and rendered useless.
Please note that if you attempt to use your transferred tickets for admittance to the game, the tickets will be rejected at the gate when scanned and your ticket privileges may be revoked.
Transfers must be initiated 15 minutes before the event is scheduled to begin.

How to cancel a transfer
Ticket transfers can only be canceled prior to the recipient accepting the transfer or after the recipient rejects the transfer. To cancel a transfer, complete Steps 1 & 2 above.
- Click the "Cancel Pending Transfer" link under "My Account."
- Click on the pending transfer you wish to cancel.
- Review the details on the next page and click "Yes, Cancel Transfer" at the bottom.
After the transaction has been canceled by you or rejected by the recipient, you may now transfer the tickets to another person or retain the tickets and use them yourself.
The Recipient
After the transfer has been initiated, an email will be sent to the recipient with an active link in the message. The recipient will click on the link and enter the email address where the ticket transfer was received.
- If they already have an online ticket office account, they will be able to sign in using their account number or email address and password.
- If not, they will need to create a new account by clicking the "Register" link under "New Online Customer."
- An email will be sent to them with each ticket attached as a PDF.
The recipient must accept the ticket transfer within 72 hours of the transfer initiation or the transaction will be canceled automatically.
How do I accept a shared ticket?
Transfer share recipients receive an email that includes a link to accept the transfer. The subject line of the email will read "Ticket Transfer Invitation."
Step 1: Click the link in the email, enter the email address where you received the invitation and click on "Accept."
Step 2: Sign in to your online ticket account using your account number or email address and password. If you have never used the online ticketing system, you will need to create an account by clicking "Register" under "New Online Customer."
Step 3: Select a delivery method for the transferred tickets and click on "CHECKOUT."
Step 4: Review your information on the next page and click on "Place Your Order."
After you successfully complete the transfer, you will receive two e-mails: one confirming your order and one with your ticket(s) attached. If you do not receive either e-mail within an hour or two, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
Any special notes to remember?
- Photocopies, scans, pictures of tickets and other third-party QR codes are not accepted to gain entry into any venues or events.
- Season ticket holders can initiate a transfer up to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled game time.
- Once the offer to share tickets is made, the recipient has 72 hours to claim the tickets.
- The recipient of shared tickets must accept and complete the transfer before the scheduled start of the game.
- Please keep in mind faculty/staff season tickets, mini-plans, and single game tickets can NOT be electronically transferred.
- A ticket can only be shared one time. Shared tickets can not be shared again.
Ticket Donation
Last minute change in plans? Can't attend a game? Electronically donate your Auburn Athletics tickets back to the Athletics Department so that another Tiger fan can enjoy the game!
Who receives donated tickets?
Tickets are distributed to non-profit, youth, and military organizations at no cost to them!

We are proudly partnered with Gameday For Heroes which is an organization that provides gameday experiences for Wounded, Active Duty, Distinguished Veterans and Retired Military to collegiate sporting events. Their focus is to restore families, honor those who have sacrificed, and to provide a healing atmosphere for our heroes. Your generous donations help provide free tickets for heroes and their families to attend Auburn Athletics events.

Step 5: Check the box next to the specific seats you would like to donate and click "Next." Review the details on the next page and click on "Yes, Process Return."
You will receive an email confirmation stating that the ticket donation was successful. Please destroy the original tickets as their barcodes have been deactivated.
Please note: Any donation credits referred to during the actual ticket return process are not refunds to you nor a credit applied to your TUF donor account. It simply denotes the original cost of the ticket(s).
When Can I Donate Tickets?
Tickets may be returned to the Auburn Athletics Department until three (3) hours before game time.
