SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Brandon Mancheno and Jovan Rebula are in the top 25 of the individual leaderboard following the first round of the Maui Jim Intercollegiate Friday afternoon at Mirabel Golf Club.

Mancheno turned in a 2-under 68 at the par-70 course and is tied for 15th overall. The sophomore racked up four birdies evenly split between the front and back nine to go along with 13 pars.

Rebula, who is tied for 25th, carded a 2-under 68 in his first tour of Mirabel GC. The junior matched Mancheno with four birdies and also totaled 12 pars.

Graysen Huff, Wells Padgett and Jacob Solomon are part of a 12-way tie for 36th at even par. Ryan Knop is tied for 56th after turning in a 2-over 72.

The 6th-ranked Tigers are tied for seventh as a team with Georgia State and Oregon at 5-under (275).

No. 9 LSU leads the field at 17-under (263), followed by No. 7 Georgia Tech (265), No. 19 Arizona State (265), Augusta (272), Minnesota (273) and NC State (273).

The Tigers, Georgia State and Oregon are next, followed by Kansas State (277), Oregon State (277), Houston (278), Kent State (280) and No. 13 Clemson (282).
