Men's Tennis Successful At Bahamas Invitational

AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn men's tennis team opened the fall tournament schedule with a successful debut in the inaugural Albany College Tennis Invitational hosted by the Albany Resort in New Providence, Bahamas.

Competing along with Georgia Tech and Michigan in matches Friday and Saturday, Auburn got singles victories from Matteo De Vincentis, Lorenzo Rodriguez and Diego Chavarria, and doubles wins from the pairings of De Vincentis and Tim Dollman (two wins) and Tad Maclean and Lorenzo Rodriguez.

Nine Auburn players competed in singles and six in doubles during the season opener. Sunday's scheduled matches were rained out.
