VESTAVIA HILLS, Ala. – The No. 14 Auburn men's golf team closed the Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate in style with a tournament-low 7-under (273) Tuesday afternoon at Old Overton Club.

"I'm really proud of our team for how we finished," head coach Nick Clinard said. "The course had some windy conditions, but we were able to take advantage of it today. We learned some things we can work on as we shift our focus and prepare for the final two tournaments of the fall."
