AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn fans, you can go ahead and plan your Thanksgiving weekends accordingly. The SEC announced Monday that this year's Iron Bowl on Saturday, Nov. 24 will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT and be televised by CBS.
The matchup between Alabama and Auburn will be the 83rd meeting in series history. And though the Crimson hold the advantage all-time, Auburn is coming off a 26-14 win at Jordan-Hare Stadium last season that helped the Tigers clinch the SEC West.
The league also announced Monday that Auburn's final home game against Liberty the week before (Nov. 17) will kick off at 3 p.m. CT on the SEC Network Alternate channel.
This Saturday, the Tigers travel to No. 5 Georgia for the latest installment of the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry. The game is set for 6 p.m. CT and can be seen on ESPN.
