Where is your hometown?
I'm originally from South Africa, but I live in Melbourne, Australia, now.

What made you choose Auburn?
I chose Auburn because I really liked the coaches, the facilities, the people on the team, and I just really liked the environment, so I decided to come here. I thought I could develop my tennis the best over here.

What's your favorite part of Auburn's campus?
My favorite part would probably be just meeting everyone in class and just being around everyone.

Was there a big difference moving from South Africa/Australia to Auburn?
There was a difference, but it was pretty easy to adjust. The school system is a bit different, but it wasn't a hard adjustment. It was easy to make friends and just settle in.

What does the "Auburn Family" mean to you?
It honestly means everything to me. I've made so many friends here and all the people I've met here will go out of their way for me. So, I'm very grateful that I could be a part of it.

How has it been balancing school with tennis?
It's been tough, I feel like it's a lot of work. You don't get a lot of time and you have to sacrifice quite a bit of sleep but it's all worth it.

What are your goals after tennis?
I'd like to try to get a master's in accounting and try to find a job with a pretty big firm. But first, I'd like to try to make a career professionally in tennis.

What would you say is your best tennis skill?
I'd probably have to say my backhand smash.

Who's your favorite tennis player?
Definitely Roger Federer -- I love his game and how he uses the court.
