AUBURN, Ala. – The freshly minted No. 7 team in the country, Auburn's women's swimming and diving team was also bestowed an academic award as well this week, being named a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2018 semester.
Auburn's women accumulated a 3.10 team GPA for the fall semester.
This is the 13th consecutive semester Auburn's women were recognized for their work in the classroom by the CSCAA.
The teams were selected by the CSCAA's Scholar All-America committee on the basis of their fall grade point averages.
To earn the honor, teams were required to post a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the fall semester.
