LAS VEGAS – Graysen Huff and Jovan Rebula each shot an even-par 72 to lead the No. 7 Auburn men's golf team in the second round of the Southern Highlands Collegiate Monday afternoon.
The duo combined for six birdies on the front nine before turning in an even-par card in their second circuit of the Southern Highlands Golf Club.
Huff is tied for 30th overall at 2-over (74-72--146), while Rebula sits in a tie for 44th at 4-over (76-72--148).
Starting on the 10th hole, Jacob Solomon ended his second tour of the par-72 course with three birdies on the final six holes to finish at 1-over (72-73--145) where he stands overall, good for a tie for 24th.
Brandon Mancheno and Trace Crowe rounded out the Tiger contingent and are tied for 70th and 72nd at 9-over (77-76--153) and 10-over (77-77--154), respectively.
No. 4 Georgia Tech leads the field at 11-under (565), followed by Stanford (566), No. 11 Oklahoma (568), No. 18 Texas Tech (572), No. 8 Texas (572), No. 15 Cal (574), UNLV (574), TCU (576), Illinois (577), No. 13 Pepperdine (579), No. 6 USC (585), No. 7 Auburn (592), UCLA (594), Florida (595) and UCF (602).
The Tigers are paired with Pepperdine and USC for the final round off the 10th tee, beginning at 10:33 a.m. CT.
