AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn women's tennis team will conclude the 2019 regular season this weekend when they host Missouri and Arkansas at the Yarbrough Tennis Center.

The Tigers will take on Missouri at 2 p.m. CT Friday and close out the regular season at noon Sunday vs. No. 44 Arkansas.

Friday's match will be Senior Day for Auburn as the Tigers' two seniors – Alannah Griffin and Caroline Turner – will be honored in a pre-match ceremony. The Senior Day ceremony is slated to begin at approximately 1:45.

"Callie and Alannah … there are so many traits about them that are the same," head coach Lauren Spencer said. "This is the most hard-working senior class that I've ever had at Auburn. For four years, they've been mainstays in the lineup. They've shown up to every practice ready to go. They've been steady, responsible, and they've really helped set the culture for Auburn tennis. They're amazing student-athletes and amazing women."

The first 100 fans at Friday's match will receive a free Kona Ice, and all fans in attendance can pick up a free Auburn tennis water bottle.

Auburn comes into the weekend after dropping a pair of road matches last week at No. 3 South Carolina and No. 23 Florida.

"They fought really, really hard, especially losing the doubles point," Spencer said of the 4-2 loss at Florida. "They regrouped really well. We fought on every court really hard. We've got some injuries that are affecting us on a lot of courts, and it's difficult as a coach to see that. But it also makes you really proud knowing that these girls are giving everything they have, both physically and mentally."

Missouri dropped its two SEC matches last week, falling to Tennessee and Georgia, but picked up a 4-0 win over Western Illinois on Sunday. Arkansas also fell to the Lady Vols and Bulldogs last week but earned a 5-0 win over Oral Roberts last Sunday.
