AUBURN, Ala. – No. 14 Auburn looks to rebound from its weekend series against then-No. 16 South Carolina when the Tigers host Alabama State on Wednesday, April 17 at 6 p.m.

Auburn (33-10, 9-6 SEC) has taken all 10 games against Alabama State (17-18, 8-6 SWAC), including five on the Plains. In the five games played at Jane B. Moore Field, the Tigers have outscored the Hornets 66-5, including 36-0 over the last two years.

Last season, Auburn put up eight runs in the bottom of the first then followed with five in the second and nine in the third en route to a 22-0 victory. During the game, Justus Perry became the latest Tiger to hit multiple home runs in one inning when she hit two two-run home runs during the nine-run third inning.

QUICK HITTERS:

- Taylon Snow is set to become the fifth Auburn Tiger (Alyssa Rivera, Kendall Veach, Casey McCrackin, Tannon Snow) to collect her 100th career hit this season. The sophomore enters the mid-week contest needing only one more hit to reach the milestone after having three against South Carolina last weekend.

- Rivera (14) and McCrackin (13) are the third set of Auburn teammates to have stolen 13-or-more bases in the same season. Shannon Anderson (33) and Sara Dean (13) accomplished the feat in 2004, before Kristina McCrain (16) and Ashley Griffin (15) reached the mark the following year.
