AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn (30-21) finishes off its 2019 home schedule with a midweek contest against North Alabama (16-34) Tuesday at 6 p.m. CT at Plainsman Park.

QUICK HITTERS

Auburn has won 30 or more games for the third straight season for the first time since 2003-05.

Twenty-one of Auburn's wins have come at home, also marking the third straight season with 20 or more wins at Plainsman Park for the first time since 2008-10.

Ryan Bliss leads the team with a .341 batting average since the beginning of April. He has multiple hits in 11 of the 23 games during the span, including five of the last seven contests.

Will Holland has collected three hits in four of the last six games and is hitting .542 (13-for-24) with seven runs, two doubles, two home runs and seven RBI during the span.

Conor Davis leads the team with a .358 average (19-for-53) and is tied for the team lead with 11 RBI in the last 13 games.

Brooks Fuller leads qualifying pitchers by holding opponents to a .196 batting average against in 11 appearances at Plainsman Park.

SCOUTING THE LIONS

In its first season at the Division I level, North Alabama enters the final week of the regular season with a 16-34 overall record and is 7-13 in the ASUN conference.

Offensively, the Lions are hitting .243 as a team and are led by Ben Kiefer's .297 clip. Davis Elliott leads the way from a slugging standpoint with a team-high 13 doubles and five home runs, while Reid Homan has driven in a team-best 24 runs this season.

On the mound, North Alabama has turned in a 6.18 staff ERA and have struck out 366 batters in 426.2 innings of work. Bryant Claunch leads the way with a 5-1 record and 3.27 ERA in 20 appearances this season.

SERIES HISTORY

Tuesday marks the fourth all-time meeting between Auburn and North Alabama and the first since 1976.

The Tigers have outscored the Lions, 23-5, in the previous three games.
